Italian Lamb Meatballs |

Ingredients
- Meat balls
- 450 grams minced lamb
- 2 grams cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- tablespoon salt and black pepper
- Tomato sauce
- 5-6 tablespoon tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
- tablespoon juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- tablespoons salt and black pepper
- Pasta
- 350 grams pasta, cooked and kept warm
Instructions
- Mix the lamb with all the meat ball ingredients and shape into little meatballs. Mix the tomato sauce ingredients together. Cook the meatballs in a little hot oil for 4-5 minutes. Add the tomato mixture to the hot pasta, toss well. Then add the meatballs plus any juices from the pan.
Notes
Serve with some extra chopped basil.
